NH Hotels lands in Saudi Arabia with 121 rooms in Riyadh
NH Hotels has confirmed its entry into Saudi Arabia with 121 rooms in Riyadh, as reported by Hosteltur. The NH Riyadh Prime Square Hotel will open in 2030 in the King Fahd district.
The hotel will offer:
- 80 King rooms, 25 Deluxe King rooms, and 16 suites.
- Restaurants, bar, pool, gym, and business center.
Behind the project is Heyazah Real Estate Development, with 621,000 m² of completed projects and over 1.1 million m² under development. A clear bet on Saudi Vision 2030.
My take: 121 keys in a market growing at breakneck speed. Riyadh is expected to add thousands of rooms in the coming years. Is NH late to the party? Not if it differentiates with its corporate service and design. But 2030 is a long way off. Let's see if Saudi construction pace delivers.
