Bob W bets big on Valencia with 82 aparthotels

Bob W doesn't mess around. It will open two aparthotels simultaneously in Valencia next month and in Q2 2027, adding 82 accommodation units across the Patraix and La Saïdia districts. Bob W Valencia Patraix will feature 62 studios in 2,916 square meters, while Bob W Valencia Turia will have 20 apartments in 900 square meters. In total, 3,816 square meters dedicated to extended stays in a city that is starting to understand that residential tourism isn't a passing trend.
