Vueling brings back Bilbao-Granada route for low season
Vueling will resume the direct Bilbao-Granada connection this autumn, as reported by Hosteltur. The route starts on October 25 with two weekly frequencies:
- Thursdays: depart Bilbao at 11:25, return from Granada at 13:30.
- Sundays: depart Bilbao at 7:05, return from Granada at 13:30.
Tickets are already on sale. I see this as a smart bet on low-season connectivity, giving both business and leisure travelers a direct option for long weekends and off-peak trips. While other airlines pull back in winter, Vueling keeps the link between northern and southern Spain alive. A good move if demand holds, and everything suggests that Granada and Bilbao have steady appeal year-round.
