Grupo Inversor Hesperia (GIHSA) has just closed 2025 as its best year ever, breaking the €200 million revenue barrier for the first time, as reported by Hosteltur. The hotel chain hit €206 million in sales and a record net profit of €38 million, up from €190 million in 2024 which was already its best year.

The company credits its asset performance and portfolio consolidation. And the pacePacePace is the rate at which bookings build for a date compared with how the same day ran last year or with the target. If you are ahead of the historical pace you can push price, if you are behind it is time to react. I... hasn't slowed: in the first half of 2026 they already booked €105 million, 7% more than the same period last year.

My take: Hesperia proves that focusing on owned assets without crazy geographic expansion can still deliver. While others grow by writing checks, they squeeze value where they already are. Not bad at all.
