Summary: The boutique group across the Adirondacks, Montana and Vermont swaps per-property systems for a single Mews stack. What small hoteliers can read into it.

## Article

White Rainbow has moved its **eight boutique hotels** across the Adirondacks, Montana and Vermont onto **Mews PMS, RMS and Flexkeeping**. The story is easy to tell: they had one system per property, each with its own logic, learning curve and impossible-to-compare reports. Now there's a single tech layer, as [Hospitality Net](https://www.hospitalitynet.org/news/4134834/white-rainbow-scales-its-boutique-hotel-portfolio-with-mews) reports.

The interesting part isn't the vendor logo, it's the reason. When you run remote teams across scattered assets, software fragmentation eats your margin and your director's head. One PMS plus an RMS on top means revenue can finally be read as a portfolio, not hotel by hotel. And Flexkeeping comes in so housekeeping and maintenance tasks stop living in a WhatsApp group.

My read: this is the classic boutique move where the back office stops being boutique as you grow. Eight properties are no longer a side project, they're a small chain and need to be run like one. The risk is that Mews, by bundling PMS and RMS together, locks you in deeper than you think. The upside: if the stack is solid, the guest barely notices and the central team sleeps better.
