## Article

The **Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower** has just blown out **20 candles**, cementing itself as one of the most iconic hotels in Barcelona's metropolitan area. Owned by **Grupo Inversor Hesperia**, this 30-story cylindrical building isn't just an architectural landmark, it has also become an **absolute benchmark in the MICE segment** in the city, going toe-to-toe with the industry's big players.

Over these two decades, the hotel has witnessed the evolution of business tourism in Barcelona, from early tech fairs to the bleisure boom. Its congress spaces and direct airport connection make it a magnet for corporate events. And its next decade is already in sight: adapting to the new demands of travelers who want experiences and flexibility, as reported in [Hosteltur's article on the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower's 20th anniversary](https://www.hosteltur.com/177349_hyatt-regency-barcelona-tower-cumple-20-anos-como-icono-hotelero-y-referente-mice.html?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=hyatt-regency-barcelona-tower-cumple-20-anos-como-icono-hotelero-y-referente-mice).

In a market where Barcelona's hotel supply is fierce, staying 'the' go-to hotel for meetings and events for 20 years is no small feat. The Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower proves that classics, when well managed, never go out of style.
