Summary: Hozpitality's first Women Leadership Forum in Los Angeles brought together over 70 executives from hospitality, aviation and tourism to talk leadership and inclusion.

## Article

Hozpitality held its first Women Leadership Forum in Los Angeles on **October 7**, with more than **70 executives** from hospitality, aviation, entertainment and tourism sharing the same panel tables. [The news](https://www.hospitalitynet.org/news/4134828/hozpitality-women-leadership-forum-2026-brings-together-over-70-industry-leaders-in-los-angeles) comes via Hospitality Net and confirms something we already feel in Europe at trade shows like FITUR or ITB: women's leadership forums have stopped being a symbolic afternoon event and turned into a fixture with its own agenda.

The interesting part is not just the headcount. It is who sits in the room. Having airline, hotel chain and entertainment executives together in one space says a lot about how talent moves in our industry. The conversation about who runs a hotel, an OTA or an air route no longer lives inside HR. It touches revenue, distribution and, above all, product.

My read is straightforward. Forums work when they end with names, contacts and concrete commitments. If they end with a photo and a panel, nothing changes. The good news is that the LA format, with mixed tables across verticals, is exactly the kind of space where internal promotions get agreed and talent gets spotted. That is the real opportunity: treat these gatherings as a talent pipeline, not a shop window.
