In my view the fix isn't more licences, it's redesigning the meeting: **what gets asked beforehand, what gets summarised live, who validates**. In a revenue committee or a pre-opening briefing, putting AI into the script shifts the conversation from 'what we believe' to 'what the data says'. That 7% isn't a ceiling, it's an untapped floor.
