## Article

B&B Hotels keeps making moves in Madrid. The chain just opened its **17th hotel in the capital**, this time in the Usera district, in partnership with **Grupo Avintia**. The B&B Hotel Madrid San Fermín features **150 rooms** and **67 parking spaces** spread across five floors.

Its location near the Manzanares river and with direct access to the **M-30** and **M-40** highways makes getting downtown easy. With this opening, the chain now runs **69 hotels in Spain** and **19 in Portugal**, bringing the total to **88 properties on the Iberian Peninsula** according to [Hosteltur](https://www.hosteltur.com/177353_bb-hotels-crece-en-madrid-con-una-nueva-apertura-en-el-distrito-de-usera.html?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=bandb-hotels-crece-en-madrid-con-una-nueva-apertura-en-el-distrito-de-usera).
